Who should attend?
Within regulated financial services business all staff are governed by a rule that demands they are competent in their role.  When the role the person performs is one of a supervisor there are additional requirements made by the regulator when the people being supervised perform activities that fall within Appendix 1 of the TC sourcebook. The regulator requires that the supervisor has skills is both assessment and coaching.

This workshop will suit anyone who is about to be appointed into a role or has recently been appointed into a role that requires skills in coaching and assessing. This can include Team leaders, overseers, supervisors, sales managers etc.
