Who should attend?
In most businesses it is important that individuals are supervised. When employees perform roles within financial services companies it is not only important that supervision is provided it is performed by a supervisor who is competent. This is essential when the supervisor is supervising someone performing tasks that fall within Appendix  1 of the TC Sourcebook. Our workshop provides a real head start or boost for a supervisor.

 To structure your supervisory approach to a person’s motivational needs
