Introduction
T&C was first introduced to the Financial Services Industry in the early 1990’s. Over the years we have seen changes in regulators as well as changes in approaches ranging from prescriptive control of inputs and outcomes to principles based regulation. In this short workshop we will examine some of the common issues that T&C schemes have not addressed completely as well as introduce delegates to the 8 principles and 74 supporting standards that will enable you to review the operation of your own T&C scheme.
